WYA have two Connexions Personal Advisers (PAs) in house, who provide free information, confidential advice and support to young people between the ages of 13 and 19 (up to 25 years with learning difficulties and disabilities) to help them make the best decisions and choices in life.  The Connexions PAs work with young people with multiple needs on anything from education, employment and training to drugs & alcohol, relationships and housing. The Connexions PAs work mainly with young people from The Cressex Community School and The High Crest Community School but also take community referrals.
